Logic-minded, function driven software engineer who works to convert and solve real world problems with code.
I’m a fourth year student at SUNY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY in New York studying computer science and interaction design. I have experience developing and implementing algorithms and designs for web pages, web applications, desktop applications and android applications. I work to create code that serves the goals of the intended user(s) of the application whether it requires exstensive backend work or a simple and friendly design that is easy to navigate.
I love creating code from scratch as well as working with pre-existing projects to solve issues. I have great pride in my ability to make code independent to the language I am currently using, when possible.I’m always looking for opportunities to work with those who are willing to share their knowledge as much as I want to learn. My main goal is to become the best and most versitile problem solver I can be.
When I’m not working on the computer, I’m most likely tutoring, traveling, meeting new peoples and cultures, or learning a new skill.

Thanks to Chicago Advocate Legal's internship program I've had the opportunity and priveledge to build websites and applications from ground up and work with preexisting code. All in an environment where your only limitation is your own aspirations. Starting in May of 2018 I'll be joing the CBI Computer Bits team in Chicago IL as a developer.

This is the dashboard/calculator that the lawfirm uses that I created. I constantly work to improve it as well as start documentation for version number and new features. Its primary purpose is to calculate the fees for the clients based on income level and household size to be in uniform with the poverty guideline levels as time progresses. I also impented a sliding scale so that the prices can adjust over time. Some of my more new features allow users to email out from the app so that you can send necessary documents and it uses SSL for security. I now provide a link on the employee page which also lists the version number with the features over time.
CHICAGO ADVOCATE LEGAL, NFP WEB PAGE
I Created a website for the lawfirm that is called Chicago Advocate Legal NFP which is a Chicago based lawfirm that provides legal representation to people below the poverty level. I used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MYSQL to create the forms and links and databases that is used for many of the services that the website offers. I am still working with it to improve the functions as I have free time with school and learn more about web development primarily on my own. chicagoadvocatelegal.com is the front end page for people. Whereas employee.chicagoadvocatelegal.com , client… , paint…. hosts many of the services and links that the workers use or contain forums that allow php services.
NIM
This is an android application I created and programmed for the android Market. It is a stragey game with the goal of getting your opponet to take the last stick. But it’s not that simple; I wrote the coding behind the computer based on the algebra behind the winning conditons so that it is hard to beat. I also allow for two player games. The most recent feature I am working on is building an interface to google play services so that you can play it online.
